A fragrant and deeply savoury sourdough that pairs the bold tang of sharp cheddar with the earthy, aromatic warmth of roasted garlic and rosemary. Built on our long-fermented sourdough base, this loaf develops a golden, crackly crust with a tender, flavour-packed crumb throughout.
The slow-roasted garlic melts into the dough, adding a mellow, caramelised depth that complements the sharpness of the cheddar beautifully.
Wonderful on its own, toasted with a drizzle of olive oil, or served alongside a hearty soup or charcuterie spread. Handcrafted in small batches and baked fresh to order.
